An ok little unit, Rom is Dated June so needs a little work I feel.
Usual some apps no full size, Enter Key issue.
Do not disturb showing in Notifications, If using Keyboard need to set up Language every restart
Just annoying niggly things that well need not be.

We have Root with No SU, Upper and Lower Task/Notification bar
Startup all Good Google, Wifi, update and install tester Apps etc and Don't forget play services or it will be a bit

b.comert - Thanks...., this Stock is pretty bad Firmware, (but thanks will be goood for backup)...even youtube on FHD (1080p) dropping frames, on 4K is horrible..., so if anybody has compatible good FW from other TV Box with S905X processor - please send informations...

I wrote a mail to Magicsee and they send me a link to NEW FW..., first look... much better !!!, not perfect..
- wifi is better,
- Youtube is much better even on 4K (version 2.02.14)
-OS somehow snappyer,
-faster apk installation through Appinstaller...,
-Set Orientation.apk still needed to set to landscape...,
-wireless update still not working...

1. Open Amlogic USB burning tool
2. Load image
3. press Start
4. stick toothpick to SPDIF whole and keep pressing - Connect TV box with usb cable (next to power)...
5. When computer recognize TV Box remove toothpick and flashing will start
6. Green 100% - succesfull.. - disconect TV box and voila...

M16 FW is working good and everything is working just fine and really fast (much faster than Stock ROM).., wifi OK, remote OK..., BT OK..., working temperature is much lower (4K Youtube is working better and about 60C)...

Sistem UI is only 720p...shame..., despite settings which shows 1080p resolutions..

But if you update su binary - BOOTLOOP..., - so DO NOT UPDATE SU BINARY..., or if you do not need root - just disable SuperSu aplication....

It is Original - Stock FW - it is impossible that remote stop working..., I flashed this and everything is working....
