I left it powered on while leaving home and came back to meet it no responsive. Every time i reboots it, it powers up but just stays on the splash screen. i have tried to press the reset button and do a hard reset without success.
Can someone point me to the firmware page and how to reload the firmware ?

You are joking correct???? Ummm...... here is a review from Feb. 2013 that uses that SoC on an Android box.
I just watched the review, it wasnt the same device as mine. Though its the same SoC.
I really need the firmware to flash this box... i'm already regretting this purchase..
try :
disconnect powercord
hold reset button 10sec...connect power while holding reset..hold for 10 sec release reset
you should see Androids recovery
Emty cache then factory reset
note if you seek a firmware.. you should give more data or pictures from the mobe/motherboard
like WiFi chip used ? or mobe name and version
or
perhaps ask that web store for help
