Need help with Educomp Uniclass android Tv box

I recently purchased an android TV box
    1. COMES PRE-LOADED WITH ANDROID OS version 4.2 OS

    2. PROCESSOR-RK3066 CORTEX-A9 DUAL CORE 1.5GHZ(CON UP TO 1.8GHZ)

    3. INTERNER MEMORY- 2GB R.A.M- 512mb

      https://www.jumia.com.ng/educomp-sma...roduct-details
I left it powered on while leaving home and came back to meet it no responsive. Every time i reboots it, it powers up but just stays on the splash screen. i have tried to press the reset button and do a hard reset without success.

Can someone point me to the firmware page and how to reload the firmware ?

You are joking correct???? Ummm...... here is a review from Feb. 2013 that uses that SoC on an Android box.

The 1.3-ounce, $60 RK3066 is portable enough to fit in your pocket and powerful enough to play 3D games, make video calls and use Google Now.

    MK818B, T428, ATV 1220, CS918S, TV01, S89H, R89, ADT-1, MK808B Plus, MINIX X8-H Plus, Tronsmart Orion R68

        try :
        disconnect powercord
hold reset button 10sec...connect power while holding reset..hold for 10 sec release reset
        you should see Androids recovery
        Emty cache then factory reset

note if you seek a firmware.. you should give more data or pictures from the mobe/motherboard
like WiFi chip used ? or mobe name and version
        or
perhaps ask that web store for help

        cheers
