This arrived today and looks neat lets rip into it see what its made of
AU power supply always good to have 5/3 amps.
Groovy looking remote easy to find.
HDMI Cable
Nice and easy to see all components used
Quality heat sink that is NOT..deal with that later

Quality Antenna that does appear to work well in my setup ok, 3m from router
Distance maybe a problem, test that later
First boot OK, setup WiFi, 5 Ghz speed looks good tested ethernet also OK
Setup Google a bit of junk installed that I don't use, no option to uninstall these apps Hmm. open or update.
Temp reading 2c only another Hmm,
I think the firmware is a little sick as I type this...I see the the blokes in other thread doing a number on a Rom may give that a go soon, real soon
The box seems snappy enough with this setup, I see a new Rom on BlogGeekbuying might try that first
Piled a lot of apps to update and install and it seemed to cope.
Bit of a fiddle then we will go Rom hunting.
Oh Very Poor heat sink if you can call it that bit of Tin with some sticky stuff, I have a low profile heat sink and some arctic glue mod time.
Bit more of a fiddle this day, first challenge was getting RKbatchtool and drivers to be happy in win10 64bit thanks to those that helped in that.
I reburnt the Rom found on geekbuying blog, and its the same that is on the box, so no improvement.
Flashed the rom from cyber7 thread, no WIFI, many random resets and restarts so still a wip will monitor this more.
Back to original, let it load up did and update and removed some of the Junk, appears they have made all apps installed as part of the system, cant unistall anything the normal way, a bit of creative root management removed apps not required.
The box is ok at the present does the job, more testing to come with Kodi and other bits I find useful and play with a few other roms that may be compatible .
Temperature reading locked on 2c something wrong in that dept

I have been clocking more than 14 hours on my current Z64 (in the stock Kodi that came with the latest firmware) running Clint Eastwood's movies (720p) no problems, no crashes.
i think that either (1)you installed something interfering with your box or (2)you have a faulty box. If (1)restart from scratch, if (2)return the box...
Was a fresh flash and twice of the mentioned ROM, not sure, had no chance to do much went a bit ape so back to the start.
Was wifi working ap6330 working on this rom.
Now just testing the rom that comes with it to see if it has any hope at working, lots of time to fiddle.
It may well be a faulty unit back to basics for testing.

Further testing with Nexbox Z68, Kodi is ok, 1080p 720 Smooth enough.
Netflix there is an Sync problem with Audio at present seen it on other 3368 boxes.
Guess I will wait for a bit work on the Rom and hope they can clean it up. I will also have tinker with other roms that are been worked on around the place. to see hoe they cut it. I feel the basic rom should be able to do the job with an update or 10 :-)

Using cyber7 debloated at the moment this box should be able to do good with a basic rom, with no bloat, it's not 100% yet, but it's 101% better than it was

Just wondering for those that bought this box from Geekbuying. Just recently noticed that when i go to Memory, it shows 2 instances of 7.99 GB, both with 1.99 GB used. Is this correct? It is supposed to be a 16GB box, but wondered if I got something different?
