    I made some research.I read that xbmc shows the real res. system provides.For a proper 3d playback I need a system that allows at least 1366x768.Even beter would be 1900x1080.
    Some say KitKat would be the sollution.
    Still I'm confused:
    Will KitKat do the audio passthrough?
    Some say NO.
    Actually I use a patched libmedia.so file in my system to obtain 5.1 passthrough along with SPMc.
    Any help?

      Hello,
      I use Beyond XBMC on Minix Neo G4 and try to use MX Player Free with this xml:

      With streams, MX Player donĀ“t start. With movies on sd card i did not try. The xml says:
      <!--

      rtmp Streams (Ice / Navi-x)

      -->

      181

      <rule protocols="rtmp" player="MXPlayerFree"/>

      182

      183

      <!--

      rtsp Streams (Type of internet stream)

      -->

      184

      <rule protocols="rtsp" player="MXPlayerFree" />

      Does that mean its disabled on streams? Can you please help me to get MX Player working with this version of XBMC? Thank you very much.

        Did not work 4 me...

        A HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone!

        @anavrin74

        Didn,t work for me!
        But as I remember once I used a justxbmc piece of software along with Mx player FREE and Mx player codecs+custom codecs.This worked but only if the video file name was ONE WORD aka:Titanic and the file location was on SD card.

        Cheers,

          Hi Flumpster, thanks for BeyondXBMC.

          Let me ask you something, I have a couple of those R-BOX RockChip android TV boxes running 4.2.2, and the video only plays smoothly when using BeyondXBMC. I've already tried played with the acceleration (enabling/disabling) but nothing seems to make video play smoothly on TVH PVR Client on Kodi 14, Kodi15 and also SPMC, only BeyondXBMC works well. The only problem I have with BeyondXBMC is that it's TVH PVR addon is old and have some bugs, but the video is perfect different from all the other XBMC/KODI/SPCM versions I've tested.

          Is there any manual tweaking I could do on those other forks to make video play nice?

          Thanks man
