Ugoos UM2 only stick with Non-RK3188-T?

Hi, everyone. I'm noob here, and has been reading this forum about a week now, and learning status.
It seems that RK3188 without T is better choice after reading this board.
Geekbuying seems that they updated their website stating most of stick form ones with RK3188T 1.4Ghz. Ugoos UM2 still shows it has RK3188 1.6Ghz, but I don't see much devs working on UM2, aka 809IV!?.
If this is only stick form with RK3188 non-T, do you devs think more custom ROM for this stick in future?. Since noob like me depends on great dev people here, it is a big purchase decision factor.
It seems that UM2 can use ROM for 809iii, etc, but UM2 has IR port, 2 full size USB port. Do I loose some function when I use custom rom for different model with same CPU, WIFI chip, and graphic chip? Can anyone has UM2 confirm UM2 be able to stay off from blacklist? Custom ROM they use?

btw. official update for all mk908II , its not a down locked cpu or anything ... its a new series cpu for tablets with low energy consumption and low temps , and more stabiliti.

That is just sales patter. The T variant is a cluster****. Rockchip locked it to 1.4GHz. Don't believe me? Check their Github commits. The pesky GPL is preventing them from hiding the fact the fact they have capped the max frequency in software and upped the voltage, after the fact. Intel they are not.

Hi all, I have a Tronsmart CX919 3188 T - (I think), I tried many roms and kernels, because I want a fluent 1080p system.The only rom I can use the Neomode 1.9a , with 720 and 1080 kernels max 1416Mhz (1080p not so fluent). But I have tried many roms for example finless 1.6b with oc kernels and they can run at 1920Mhz with blinking,but when I changed the HDMI mode to 720*540p the stick can run on 1920Mhz without blinking ( may it blink only once / 10minute) , and antutu say:resolution is : 1920*1080 !!! And can run. So in my opinion the processor can work at 1920Mhz, can make a fullhd picture, but at the end when it build the hdmi signal - there is some timing or other problem. I feel that is in the kernel, but I am not a developer.If somebody could write a good 1080p kernel/rom what can run at 1600-1700-1800Mhz for that tricky 3188T device it would be nice. (sorry for my English)
