The bad news it's that the tab it's bricked, the good news it's that, if you say it's charging when you plug in charger, it is only a soft brick so you can try this;
-you will work blind (you won't see nothing on display during this)
-let the tab charge for few hours to be sure it's more then half charged
-I m sure you have the flashing tool from here http://forum.yarvik.com/showthread.p...ndwich-(STOCK) and the divers and the firmware official
-after charging, unplug charger and be sure that the light from right side (next to charger slot) is OFF
-If the light is not off, press the POWER button until it switches OFF
-press the VOLUME DOWN button of your tablet and keep holding it.
-While holding the button VOLUME DOWN, connect the USB cable (the one provided with your tablet) to your tablet and to your PC.
-After you have plugged in the cable, and while still holding the VOLUME DOWN button, quickly press the POWER BUTTON for 6 times rapidly after each other, then release all buttons.
-Windows will now attempt to recognize the connected tablet but will fail to install its own driver if you don't have the driver installed, if you previously flashed a firmware on this Tab you most probably will see device connected.
For further help I need you to tell me if your PC recognize the tablet on this step.
if you love my work please buy a coffee

1.my volume up/down buttons are virtual(i only have the home/power buttons)
2.I tried to hold the home button then i connected the usb to pc and then i pressed 6 times the power button but didn't work(you said the windows will try to recognize the tablet but nothing show up)
