If you flashed the device, you probably put a firmware on it isn't compatible with the wifi chip.
You can try to identify your device from here: http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...-identify-them
If it isn't the original (genuine) MK808, then you must find someone who has shared the correct firmware for your clone.

If you didn't flash it, then it should've had the correct firmware on it. Did someone else own the device before you?
Here is something else to consider:
Hey, I just read all these replies and couldnt fix my issue, I messaged my brother and he reminded me that "easy battery saver" app, among others similar usually have a network control option that automatically enables toggling of your network via the recommended install options of easy battery saver.
Try checking all your apps and internal battery saver options.

Like rdsok said, you shouldn't flash the firmware until you've identified whether or not you have an original or clone device.
