Bob,
I installed your 1.2 ROM and is working great, GPlay updated with no problem and full aplications on the market, I am still testing it and getting my apps, but so far so good.
We were waiting for something like this for ours g2 series and we did not getting any from the manufacturers, we got it for the great community and your hard work, allways working to improve our tablets.

I can't take all the credit! Without that ROM dump NO ONE would have this ROM.

Not a bad result, considering you do not even own the tablet for this ROM!

BTW fillab, thanks for spending the time to upload it to the FreatTab server! As you know I was having a hard time downloading it from that file sharing site. If had you not uploaded it for me, it would have taken longer.

Update after a fully days use
All,
Just to let you all know that after a full days use everything is still working 100%, email, wifi, browsing, market place (can't bring myself to call it 'play') the lot. I think that this ROM has also fixed the ejecting SD card issue I kept having - not 100% sure yet but I not had any errors all day.
The only weird issue I had is the screen did become 'over responsive' in landscape mode for a few seconds after it had been sleeping for a while but seemed to sort itself out after a few seconds - very strange indeed. I'll keep an eye on this but it's not stopping my enjoyment.
I cannot fathom what Arnova are playing at - why deny this existed?
I just hope someone finds ICS for the other G2 devices - especially 10 G2 so that Bob can experience what is possible.
And to think I almost let my wife talk me into buying a ... i can't say it .... iPad.gif "FacePalm")
