    great! have you succesful with that 1.9a kernel?

      RK3188T, I believe ... locked at 1.4 Ghz...

        Try with the 2.1 ROM then the kernel has a lot of steps and it should be easy to apply to your CPU... I think I'll do a more polished kernel tailored for RK3188-T

        Today I haven't run much tests with 1.9a but I've worked on the kernels frequencies... I'm optimistic about it! in the meantime can I suggest you to try the 2.1 ROM? It's pretty good, what device do you have?

            HI

            I have an MK802IV with an RK3188 CPU I have tried all combination no problem with CPU1800MHZ but my RAM speed is only approx. 800 and my GPU 3D in antutu is only approx. 1800 points what am I doing wrong??? it seems RAM and GPU doesn't change values?

            My ROM is Neomode Custom Rom MK802IV / MK809III 2.1 BETA RK3188-T and RK3188

                if you want to help those "lucky" RK3188T locked chip users, then it seems that neo mode 1.9a and 2.0 is way to go... in my case i am on of those "lucky" users, i can use only roms who are installed with bootloader 2.xx - no screen flickering, and no overclocking. if i try rom with 1.xx loader - no matter overclocked or stock, then i have screen flickering problems - even with newly realized firmware update...

                  i hope it will work - okay no CPU overclock, but at least GPU and RAM... i will try to check it...

                    Yes, it looks like that actually is the rom to be locked at 1.4 Ghz max, but i can say that it looked very smooth! I also added the fix for stuttering video, and i experienced myself a significant improvement... so, try it and tell me if you encounter any problem!

                      i can confirm that 1.9a kernel works for me... now i have 3 CPU frequencies 1ghz, 1.2ghz and 1.43 ghz.
                      no chages in antutu schores...

                      some info from dmesg:
                      CPU:
                      vd_parent = vd_cpu
                      <4>[ 1743.706759] | | | |- freq = 1008000, volt = 1050000
                      <4>[ 1743.706786] | | | |- freq = 1200000, volt = 1150000
                      <4>[ 1743.706860] | | | |- freq = 1416000, volt = 1250000

                      GPU:
                      <4>[ 1135.992508] | | |- clock: gpu current: rate 297000, volt = 1100000, enable_dvfs = ENABLE
                      <4>[ 1135.992558] | | |- clk limit:[133000000, 800000000]; last set rate = 297000000
                      <4>[ 1135.992595] | | | |- clock parents: pd_gpu, vd_parent = vd_core
                      <4>[ 1135.992629] | | | |- freq = 297000, volt = 1100000
                      <4>[ 1135.992662] | | | |- freq = 446000, volt = 1250000
                      <4>[ 1135.992693] | | | |- freq = 446000, volt = 1350000

                      RAM:
                      <4>[ 1135.991968] | | |- clock: ddr current: rate 445000, volt = 1150000, enable_dvfs = ENABLE
                      <4>[ 1135.992033] | | |- clk limit:[460000000, 460000000];

                      if i understand correct, then no changes in GPU (446 mhz) and RAM (460 mhz) clock rates - no overclocking at all...

                        Eh, GPU and RAM are probably locked into the rom, or something like that i will test more and see what happens... i have set the frequencies tables at 798 MHz max for the GPU and 800 Mhz for the RAM...

                        Anyway, it works very good and looks like it is stable, so maybe you won't make a very good antutu score but movies are running smoothly

                          .according to your kernel messages, nope - NO overclock. Thats why your scores haven't changed.

                            It only works, as told after dmesg analyze - no overclocking...

                              Yes, it looks like 1.9a doesn't like much overclocked kernels... even stock kernels did that... i can't even do dmesg on my stick with 1.9a because it goes nuts, and gives me a lot of errors i think that as of now, the best rom is the 2.1 beta, i'm using it as my daily driver, i left it with a stress test of running movies along the whole day and it never crashed
