if the size is not a problem for you, then it's a very good quality keyboard

I can only add to go for that, but remember it is a keyboard :P.

It does have some annoying things, very sensitive touchpad while writing, but u get used to it, and the mouse has an out of sync cursor in browsers but only for secondary services (i.e the hover will appear somehwere else, no on the cursor, but clicking will work fine), i can confirm this since i did not have the issue with other mouses or touchpad/keyboard combos

besides everything, the k400 is good in battery life as well.

I enjoy using a full sized keyboard / mouse at times... I've also used the K400 and K360 w/ an added trackball. As everyone mentioned they are a bit large in certain situations but if your primary use is going to include typing, they are probably the best direction.

I use a combination of controllers with the RKM MK705 being my primary one and the Rii mini K12 as a small keyboard/touchpad.

The Rii K12 size is a compromise in that it is only 10" wide total but it is larger than the air mouse/kb combo's so it's easier to type on once you have gotten used to it. The Logitech K400 has a much better trackpad than the K12 because it has the mouse buttons also... the K12 uses taps on the trackpad to simulate left/right clicks.

Using a Razor Diamondback mouse with the X7 gave me the exact same issue in Chrome and also once with the RKremote app. The cursor is in the right position (clic OK), but the hover highlight effect is elsewhere. Just to let you know that the gear is not faulty

Strange for razor and logitech, they are premium brands. The rapoo keyboard i just inserted does not have the issue, it even has 3 finger click detection

The mouse is working OK until I do something like long click, selection or something (I did not fully tested it).
I think it's more related to either the android generic mouse driver or the X7 mouse driver.

I have the A2 running a Minix X7 with Quickshot V2. I dont experience any of the issues you state. The middle button does work to select when using the directional pad. The airmouse does disable when you put it down, but a simple press on the airmouse button turns it back on.

What I liked about the a2... It has the Menu, recent apps button as well as the enter button. It also has play/pause and forward/back buttons for media! They work in PERFECTLY in beyond XBMC when playing videos, and if you are playing music in PowerAmp or Google Music they work as well (even when you are on the launcher screen and they are playing in background).

So far i am very happy with it. Mic also works nicely.

As far as batteriess, I have had it only 5 days and no issues. I simply bought 4 AAA rechargeable for $10. Always have 2 on hand, so I dont care how long they last.

My only con, it is a tad big. Feels good using as remote by reaching for the G key as a keyboard is a stretch, as least for my hands

I was going tog et the F10 PRO but didnt.. I liked the size, but the built in battery was a con for me. if it runs our you have to charge for hours, instead of swapping immediately. Also didnt have all of the same buttons I mentioned above.

The things I listed are just too annoying and the battery issue I can't live with. The batteries will cost more than the remote in under a year.

It is already left on the side unless I really need the keyboard and I have gone back to using my multi remote that I programmed all the keys from the remote onto.

Eventually I will buy a new one but only when it does nearly the same but with backlight etc and built in battery. That one listed above even looks tempting to me for the time being.

Or this one if it had a backlight http://www.amazon.com/2-4Ghz-Wireles.../dp/B00E1YBTVU as it has a learning feature also.

I confirm the same behavior using wasser firmware 4.2.2 on Chrome.
At the beginig the enlightening focus is OK, after a few clicks it got an offset.
The cursor is still on focus btw

i got another one...and i bet it happened to alot of people and never knew whats causing it.

Ctrl + T in browsers opens a new tab, sometimes you press it and it wont open a tab, then you press it again...it opens two.
It does it only if you are inputing on a text box on your browser, but the strangest of the strangest is that even if you press the button with the mouse, it will do the same if your keyboard cursor is active on a text box.

Annoying things, again, did not have it with an old Rapoo keyboard, only with the Logitech K400/K400r

My Rii i13 had just arrived! Really happy with it, works great with Minix X7 running Quickshot v2, all the keys on keyboard side does work amazingly and they feel really nice. The learning feature up to 8 different IR remotes works just fine and it's really easy to map it. I now have TV, HI-FI, XBMC and TV-Box all in the same remote...

And it has built in battery, mic and speaker, and they do work with Skype!!!

Cons: The general feel and construction of this remote it's not the best. It feels quite fragile.

Hi guys, has anyone tried the Rii-28 remote on Minix X7? How's the airmouse precision?
                            Thanks in advance,
                            bye

This is a very old post, but I found it today and I'd like to ask something.

How many keys can be programmed (learning function) ?

Are all of them (the 5 orange ones) programmable, or just the 4 of them, and key SET is used only to setup the other ones?

So is the SET key also programmable / learnable, or not ?

Because want I' d like to do is to program 5 keys like this:

                                1) On/Off of my android TV Box

                                2) On/Off of my LG TV

                                3) Source of my LG TV

                                4) Volume up of my LG TV

                                5) Volume down of my LG TV

                                Is it possible?

                                Thank you in advance !
