Think I've been conned

My problem was with the lack of urgency. No one.was.there to receive the package, so it was.returned to the postal depot. After a week and a half of trying to get them to collect the package, I had enough and called paypal.
I was scared that the package would be returned to me, as is normal practice after about 2 weeks.
it was just a fight from start to finish and they ended up being quite rude about the whole situation as well.
and this was entirely their fault! I also feel they should have refunded me my return postage costs as it was their fault they sent me the wrong item, so I should not have to bear any costs at all.
I should actually thank them as I got a Samsung galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition instead.

Ahh sure.

Seems like an honest mistake. I think they have a hard time understanding us. I buy a product from china aliexpress not these guys but anyway I specified 7 purple 3 black and I got 4 pink, no black only 1 blue. No rhyme or reason why except that they couldn't understand numbers or color names. Now we would assume they use a translator and maybe that's where the problem comes from. I laugh about it now. I just don't depend on anything to be perfect from them. Its all good. I buy several products on a regular basis and I've never been ripped off or badly deceived or anything like that. LOL

There is always at least one defensive post like this. Always use the same excuse. They cant understand...english or any other language but thiers. I do love the comical care free oh darn it. They sent the wrong color description. LOL. Thats a new approach. Mean while...somebody is laughing all the way to the bank. I wonder who that is?
