I've been using ES3 to browse the file system on my next book and found the apk's for nook and kobo in the /system folder and nothing will delete them. What do I need to do to accomplish this? I'm just trying to cut out some bloat.
I'm still learning swift keys so have mercy on me for misspellings.

i use toatle comander its in play store its also avable for pc to cjeck it out amd u are rooted right?

Yes I'm rooted and have SU and titanium backup. I also switched default install location to 2 with ADB. It caught me off guard when I couldn't delete those files with ES3.

Tried total commander. Worked perfectly.
Any idea why this thing still installs to internal instead of SD for some apps?

there is a lot of things u can do with toatle comander nut b carfull u can delete the wrong file thats all i use on my tablet amd pc just sayimg

I went back and looked at ES3. It looks like I needed Root Explorer turned on, but I had already deleted the apk's so I don't have anything to try it out on.

dont know were u find those im looking for that before u mess with those make a nan back up in case u can reboot up u have cwm on ur tablet?

No cwm was going to be a weekend project for me.
I found another one of these on CL for $50 that I'm thinking about buying so I can mod it and not be a total loss if I fail.

if i remner schaun or some one ellse is working on cwm for that one look through the threads to see or pm schaun he knows
