Looks good to me, RS have always been top notch for components in the past from my experience, also the PSU you have linked to has a multitude of compliance ratings - some of the cheap Chinese suppliers will just stick anything the customer asks for on them.

I am in search For a suitable PSU as well. I have a powered USB hub. I connected my qx1 through powered USB hub which is 5V, 2.5A. All sorted no freeze. It might be an option as well. All in one. Hub and PSU
