            Look at DMESG.

Search for "NEOMODE" and you will see the CPU type and eFuse values.

The t kernel can be overclocked using the Perl script in #2

There's a plethora of make/model/versions that is just too confusing to track.

Is it a tv stick? If so, flash the new t428 rom with the boot.img posted by finless in #72 and then flash the kernel from #1 that matches the radio device in your stick.

d33, thanks for your work, i finally find out what model i have and that is MK908II with RK3188T chip()bought this month. I use your kernel_T_AP6210_HD_cpu1704h_gpustock_ddrstock on Finless 2.0 and i have no flickering or restarts(i use additional radiator on chipset) and Antutu score is Click image for larger version

That's great news, the first sign that all the work was worthwhile. I'm testing a theory on how to get the lock on GPU removed which will be the last stage.

Thankyou for publishing your success, I'm pleased it works for you. If you wouldnt mind publishing the few DMESG lines that state you CPU model, Leakage level and eFuse it will help us get a feeling for how good/bad a T CPU is 'crippled'. I'll print my own tonight too.

NB. I'd recommend you test the cpu1704h_gpustock_ddr667 RAM version - it will push Antutu to ~19,000 @1080

I've tried cpu1704h_gpustock_ddr667 but strange thing is that Antutu score is 17400, i have a problem though, my USB hard drive recognised only 1 partition, on Finless 1.5a haven't this problem!

We've had this reported before and I thought I'd fixed it. Can you tell me the breakdown of the partitions (Primary, logical) and how formatted?

[edit: can you send DMESG too)]

First kernel I picked with Finless T428 Kitkat is a good start. It was the kernel_T_AP6210_HD.img.
I have still trouble with booting, the old issue. I need power over otg and after booting I need to add the power connection to get keyboard and mouse over usb. Sounds silly, but you can believe me.
After installation, the rom works more fluid than the last one, I check. It seems very stable with 15736 antutu at 1.42 GHz cpu clock.
This time audio and video work fine, bt too. Only ethernet stays still unconnected.Haven't tested AV video or didital audio out. I have no flickering with this kernel.

You are getting very close. I test another version.

I have tested a bit more. This time with overclocking. I was surprised that I could overclock my model T up to 1800MHz, but it seems to work up to 1700 stable, with antutu around 18000 points. I think I will go back to 1600 MHz, because I have only a passive cooler on the cpu. Don't want to buy another model T - one is enough.

Microphone, camera and infra red control does not work. For ethernet I have to check, if could get it with manual adjustment to run.
SD-Card internal and externel is always off after reboot, but I can switch it on.

I found out, that the ROM gets more stable, when I use my 2,3A universal power supply for the otg port and the 3A stock power supply for the power connector, but I must first boot over otg usb and then I have to add the regular power supply at the lockscreen. Finally the usb wireless keyboard/mouse set will be recognized.
It seems not only a question of power supply Ampere. 3A should be enough, but it would not boot complete with the stock power supply.

So fare. Now back to 1600, before I could bake an egg on my TV-box.

                            Thank you!
The old wifi sticks dont get much love lately (understandably so).
Anyone tested it on mk802iv or similar sticks with old wifi?
My parents are using the stick and I cant really let them test it.

It seems to suggest it detected two partitions; SDA1 and SDA2 with the second containing a logical partition SDA5. What does "fdisk -l /dev/sda" give?

Looks to me to be ROM related, not kernel?

                                Performance issues: CX-919

                                I tested the kernel_AP6210_HD.img on my CX-919:
RK3188 (No 'T' is presented on the label of the CPU)

                                + 1080P works great
                                + Bluetooth works good
                                - Wifi limited to 5Mbps
                                - CPU limitied to 1.6GHz

                                What did I do wrong?
                                Any help appreciated!
