New MK808B owner needing some advice

I'm just very skeptical about things due to the flood of OC kernels being made with rkpatchomatic claiming to work when they don't, which I'm sure you can understand. Mo123 was very guilty of this keeping them up when they clearly didn't work, even making roms with them included, with a placebo effect kicking in with users saying they actually work.

I would love nothing more then a true user friendly OC for the mk808b to get them on par with an OC mk808, considering most people get them due to being the same price or cheaper then the mk808.

As a XBMC machine, the mk808 is still one of the best cheap devices you can get, but needs the OC.

I totally get it, if only everyone was as polite with his or her skepticism as you are. That's certainly not the case and I do understand your frustration; we're all end users just the same.

If you have a ROM and kernel combo that is fast and stable I'm definitely interested, well more so my mom would be as she's still using the mk808b and always complaining about lag in the Gotham nightlies.

Full disclosure, when I said mk808b overclock doesn't really work I was referring to rkpatchomatic. But I have read through your profile history and now I'm understand the can of worms I opened.

Thanks Shomari. will your rom be CWM flashable? I hate having to look for a windows machine/virtualbox setup.
