pipo worst ever support ever

    Pipo after sales

    How have you got on? anymore communication from Pipo-store.
    I too am having a problem of communication with so-called Lily.
    We bought three M6pro from them and in one the camera has stopped working. (A not uncommon problem with these).
    They have assured me "it is under warranty" and asked for video/photos of the problem. I have sent these several times because each time they say "What is the problem?". In 6 weeks I not managed to get past this point of communication.

    I actually think there is no such person as Lily, all emails are from Lily but lily never acknowledges my emails making it look as though each Lily has never seen the previous emails.

    I have sent an email to Ben at Pipo.cn asking for where is the most reliable place to buy our next Pipos from but no reply here either.

    We love the M6pro and I want to buy three more but I will not buy anymore of them until we get this resolved satisfactorily. I have told this to Pipo-store but still no acknowledgment. Frustrating!

      i could confirm myself that Pipo tablet is to avoid like the plague

      when pipo start to release first tablets model on market at their debut they work well and was inspected very well but since pipo do mass production for a wide range of customer the product quality drop down more widely....

      i have to return my m9 pro 3g to seller because of the REALLY COMMON pipo tablet dead pixel problem.
      i got dead pixel again when i receive the new replacement one.

      IPS screens in China are rare due to strict import laws and tariffs. For example, most of the 9.7" Chinese IPS tablets use "sub par" quality screens that the Ipad factory (Foxconn) did not approve.

      Any factory that mass release a defective product have fail somewhere in the production to the inspection. such a compagny must be banned from reseller.

      a warranty that cost very much (50$usd from canada to return to china) it's a shame. i think that pipo must pay for shipping cost of defective product in both side or it's an other customer punishement and curse to buy pipo????.... if i return the second defective one it will cost the same overall if i bought an ipad at local market

      sure we are restricted in brand that use our lovely rockchip processor to build.
      at base i bought because of the processor chip not the pipo factory brand...

      many of post will resume in dead pixels and bad regulator cuz i hear a clic sound when i plug the charger in sometime and i suspect my dead pixels problem start after hearing that sound on both of my buggy m9 pro 3g tablets

        i dont know if that lily is one person or more.. but i now i realize that you have right and some times i had to say the same thing again.. ofc i forward all the history each time.. last communication was from lily told me that i have to contact with my post office because they dont find my parcel.. the same day after one hour i had mail from a bella using the same mail and told me that they have the parcel and they ll send to manufacture to be repair. i was very angry because as u understand someone fail to do his job good. i forward the message and told them to communicate each other and then inform me again.. they contact again and said me that they ll send it.. i was asking for my money back.. use the pipo-mall.. i bought after this case one m9pro3g from them.. hope i ll not need their support to test them too...

          i payed for return the defective tablet back to them 27.50 euros.. i dont want that tablet anymore. i dont want to think the case that the tablet maybe dead again or other problem... many people should read this thread to understand with what people have to contact after a possible problem... thats why i start this tablet not ofc you to agree with me that i have right this is obvious...pipo-store is the worst experience i had till now.. !!

                I have bought one M6pro from pipo-store.com. After 2 months the display died. I have sent it back for warranty repair on 7.2.2014. I have to sent several mails to Sally (Lilly, etd.) so they pick up the package from post office. It took more then 2 weeks, almost hit the storing limit of 18 days. Anna Ye from PiPO has helped me to find out where the tablet is located at that time, as the tracking info was not very detailed.
                Then the pipo-store told me, they will send it to factory fro repair, and then they will response in 15 days. After 15 days I have asked what's going on, and I get the answer, that I don't need to worry, their technician will repair the screen "well". After some days I got mail from them, the tablet is repaired, and they have sent it back on 1.3.2014. I have received it on 12.5.2014. The S/N is different from the one I have sent to them, so they actually sent a new one.
                I am not judgeing the service, make your own judgement from the facts I wrote above.

                    exactly same points at my history !! seems that many have the same problem but noone never wrote to a forum!! i hope we help at future many people change their mind about buy from them...

                          Banggood resent me crosshipped for dead pixels pipo m9 pro 3g. it take about 2 weeks and half to receive my new one. and this from the first mail i inform banggood about the defective one to the new table at my door.....AWSOME

                          i prefer now to buy from banggood no matter if there's a couple of buck more to pay compare to other stores.
                          keep in mind that customer services is almost as warranty is also very important when buying an expansive product.

                          if only now they could have more kind of tv sticks....

                          i got very bad experiences with somes other sellers......

                          i can say with personnal experience to users. that banggood have unbeatable costumer services and we can buy with confident and peace of mind if something's go the wrong direction.....

                          biggest matter is pipo mass production randomly poor quality.when they start with the first series models, products quality was good before mass production and provide samsung lcd that the ipad claim to not pass their quality tests for their products (they use the lg instead) no ipaid for me anyways i got some ifriends to tell about their ipads...

                          And also rockchip
                          shitty tricky rk3188t locked cpu.
                          pipo seem to be not an option to me in future...but wich brand to buy tablet with an rkxxxx cpu? only chuwi seem to use rkxxxx cpu. Also to avoid rkxxxx baddly tricked cpu in future... wich one i'll buy if i want performance, possibility to have a good oc kernel and do some good patch to ? disapointing mk908 v5 of course

                          would be a good idea to give developpement board a try one day freaktab devels, no ? sdk is priced heavy or free ? his way we could all control the robot keeping the good way....


                          i'm not sponsored in anyway from any seller to make good or bad review and not receive any device from no one and if so my conviction is more important than material tricky product....

                            I just bought from pipomall, I'll review it here once I get my stuff, RK3188T and all.

                            CUBE also uses Rockchip cpu.

                                Man wish I saw this before I ordered , I also ordered from pipo-store.com, arrived with touchscreen defective half the screen didn't respond to touch, original charger was replaced with a cheap tiny black one (in all the videos I see this tablet should have a fairly large white charger for the US plug type) they also removed the screen protector cover that says peel to remove (I actually like using the tablet with the screen protector cover, doesn't get fingerprints and keeps scratch free, finger also slides better on this surface, they they destroyed that by pre-removing it)

                                I have a feeling they played with my tablet before even sending it out, support is useless especially Lilly , they wouldn't send out a replacement or even offer to return , I finally just disputed the charge with cc impossible to deal with they also respond like kids with "plz" "ur" I hope this isn't how they are being thought English over there.
                                So yeah,
                                Stay away from pipo-store.com, it actually made me think twice about dealing with Chinese or importing , I used to love importing things but now...I think i'll only go through ali-express or similar who have guarantees

                                Note as far as I know pipo-store is NOT related to the company PiPO (they just pretend to be) , maybe they have an un-offical connection where they dump their defective products or something or no connection at all , I wish pipo would shut them down for using the name or post an offical notice they are not related.

                                I guess any postivie is that my tablet has a real rk3188 cpu not the T model, still un-happy about touchscreen.
                                H96 Pro (S912), CZ-S32-V2.2 (EMMC 100% Died, still functional using Coreelec + SD Boot (uboot loader) / USB (coreelc))
                                x96Q Max Pro (H616), Slow as F, runs hot, ok for movies.
                                ChromCast Android TV - Great device but annoying no usb port.
