I was able to unbrick my Onda V975m V3 tab:
Keys for unbricking:
1. Change to a better desktop, may have high power voltage. My OS is Windows 7 Utlimate.
2. Choose the first USB port on the motherboard (show on the first row in USB Burning Tool).
3. Always had the problem stopped on initial disk at 5%, but when choosing the USB Burning Tool Settings: Force to Erase All and select all the check boxes, all work like a charm.
