Help please

HI I need help I put 008 firmware via pc an work fine now I tray to put 10b I put update.zip on an SD card,and don't want to copy file to internal memory can some one put a video how to do it via sd card please.
I just cant find the way to update firmware,did this still want copy or move the file.
Upgrade instruction:
1.) download the above file to a USB drive or HDD, or to the hub directly if you would like to;
2.) NO need to upzip;
3.) Use the stock Explorer app. or other file explorer app., copy the update.zip package to the "Internal Flash" (root directory) of the hub;
4.) System will automatically detect the package and ask for your update confirmation, reboot the system if the dialogue doesn't pop out;
5.) Just choose Install and let the rests to get done;
6.) Remove the .zip file after the upgrade is done completely;

I believe using the internal memory is a requirement... not an option.

For some reason i want copy from the sd card using stock explorer,and I try to do by pc like 008 and want load the firmware,it say load firmware failed,so I don't know what to do,I try those step and nada.and when i try download direct it fail all the time.

They are talking about a file explorer on the x7 and not one on your PC.

Look just d/l the update.zip on your x7 and move from 'download' folder up a level to the root of the same directory. Done!

I still can't do it I post video maybe someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong.

A quick question your way, are you trying to go straight from 008 -> 010b? I don't know if thats possible.?
Finless bob made a 'clean install' flashable 010a. Flash that ROM then apply the 010b update from Minix.

Just download the ROM pack, unzip.
Start the flash tool, connect x7 to pc.
Install the drivers included in the pack.
Hit run on the flash tool.
After flashing let the x7 boot up then download the 010b update from minix and apply.

Failing this Minix said the final version of 010 will be out by the end of the month and it will be OTA.

Cool, your nearly there....
Now download 010b update and rename the file update.
Move from download FOLDER -> INTERNAL FLASH DIRECTORY
That should be it....

Yes thats the directory just MOVE + paste along side those other FOLDERS. It only needs to be 'under' internal flash.
