Miracle ROM for X7 by Cloudproject

my advice to all the people out there -> do not flash this rom on your minix.
reason?
ok,strauzo is an asshole ^^ but thats not the reason.
the reason is that you wont get the support for the rom ull get from devs like wasser or bob ;D
strauzo is known to act like a child and he wont shares his knownlegde to other devs.
if he wants to delete files he will do that ^^
in his world no ones rom is better than his rom.
i can post more and more negative things about him but i think many of the guys here recognize him as a realy big asshole ^^
so->> do not support his roms here pls - try wassers rom and be happy with very good support and a dev older than 15 years ^^

Well, i'm using this rom..

All works pretty good, even passthrough is working with libmedia.so and a libversion of xbmc..

I dont see problems with this rom right now, key layout is different, and the blue led is missing..

Stock remote should be working now, Didnt test that as i dont use it, and the a2 remote should be working to..

So right now, i'm pretty happy with it..

I had an opportunity to test both and I went back to Wasser's as I had trouble with the 1080p kernel in Straz's rom and to support our group. Both ROMs IMO are a step above 4.2 and the overall speed of the X7 is unleashed in KitKat it just feels fast everywhere...

There is no 1080p kernel yet for this rom..
I'm missing DDR720 as im sure it does a difference..
So i will need to find a tool for that..

If wassers rom had passthrough like this, i would use his also.. (XBMC)

i originally thought that multitouch was not working on this rom with my Logitech K400 but then i realized that it is working as i have "2 finger scrolling" but i cannot pinch to zoom , in either the stock browser, dolphin browser, or apex launcher. other than that , this rom has been great for me. If anyone has any input on how i can fix this (i am sure it is something simple as multitouch is working) PLEASE let me know, and just because this rom is great doesn't mean that we can't support wasser also. His contributions to rom development for the X7 is and always will be greatly appreciated, it is actually a shame that strauso cannot work together with us because i think with everyones heads together we might actually be able to make a stable, fast rom that works great for everyone.

Sorry for my rant, but please, if anyone knows how to enable this pinch to zoom on this rom please let me know. THANKS in advance.

Look i am going to keep this civil, but people like you are the reason people flee to other forums, i trust the Dev's and members of freaktab to give me reliable and valuable input, that is why i asked here. But for your info i asked in the other thread also, my suggestion would be to not respond unless you have helpful input, responses like that will definitely not help anyone here and it doesn't keep people coming back to this site either. Don't be a troll.

But anyway , if anyone has any USEFUL input , i would really appreciate it, thanks in advance to anyone with help.

I read that the original K400 does not support pinch zoon function but the newer K400r does. Please read more from http://forums.logitech.com/t5/Keyboa...0R/td-p/925088 and especially the grynnan's post.

thanks for the info, although it does work on other roms, i figure there is just maybe a setting somewhere. and i haven't found it yet, but not sure where all to look, i have checked build.prop and things like that with no luck so far , but i guess that doesn't mean that it is set wrong but maybe that the line just isn't there at all. Or maybe it isn't even controlled that way, i am truly lost on it , but still trying to figure it out.
