Hi friends, I was able to install CWM Recovery, now you can easily make a backup and recovering, spread apk and video instruction. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nWOPFg81TBg

Np. Yeah, i tried to look in the recovery menu, but there is nothing related to backing up.
I could see one selection for restoring from backup though.

I am not quite sure whats in the recovery mode yet, since I haven't even got a chance to install one before the crash.
I will have a look how to backup rom first.

I need some help with the rom.
I accidently crash the tv box by trying to unroot it.
So I flash it with the Kitkat 4.4 rom from other manufactures.
the rom works fine with image and sound, but not with wifi, bluetooth, lan and IR remote.

I wonder if anyone could kind enough to dump the original rom and share it please.

@Blindseyed, finally i got one to keep for us. With limited time to play with the device, i've rooted it + updated to latest version of XBMX 13.2, but it can only output 1280x720p, not 1080p. And the playback of Big Buck Bunny is lagging.
But the other video players are playing it just fine though, outside XBMC.

Skype and Google Hangout (after update) works with video calls, fantastic!
But the built in camera is kinda useless and shows very dark video. Is that your experience too?
Tried to connect Logitech webcam, but didn't work. Do they need USB hub with power?
