S89 Elite: XBMC ethernet busy/not connect/connect - On 1.5 Rom!

Hello,
Some updates:
I tried the xbmc at my cell phone through wifi and got the same problem!
When i used 3G i got a solid connection.
I try to ping the tv box, and i never losts pings, but the pings took usually 80-300 ms...
Now i know it's probably my router.
So, some questions :
1. Do i need port forwarding? If yes, then which ports?
2. Maybe the xbmc need static ip?
3. Access point?

In fact you answer yourselves at your problem... Issue is router related.
Change device, or maybe try a fresh start router setups.... Hardreset feature.
