I am not a xbmc man, changing advancedsettings.xml I think you can choose other player, but for sure daemonium or litry know it better.

New report if anyone cares :-)
I flashed stockrom and then did power off/on test, no problem.
I flashed quickshot 1600 kernel on stockrom and the box didnt get as warm as it did with quickshot rom (strange)
But the power on/off test did fail on first try, i then tried several times, same result. No power on, stuck with red light.
Then reflash stock kernel and everything back to normal.
Conclusion, it seems that its not the overheating as I thought in the beginning, but why does your rom get the box real hot and not stockrom?
And what makes your kernel make my box stuck in redlight on start?
It must be some hardware difference if I am the only one having this problem, and with stockrom everything is working.

I find kernel 1080p CPU_1604 GPU_798h RAM_720 is the best on my CR11S

I flash the ROM but strangely not seeing TWRP when I enter recovery mode from reboot app

It comes with twrp, it must be preinstalled after first boot.

Look at /system/preinstall folder, the recovery.img is twrp.img

Hi, my first post here. Flased my mk992 with new quickshot 3.1. All is great apart from watching offsidestreams. Pictures jumpy on some channels and quality isn't too good. Watch on my raspberry pi and everything is perfect.

I have a CS968 V1 connected to a TV LG 42 '(42LG80FD). However, only works fully with the firmware: CR11S_cloudnetgo_ap6210_1080p_20131019_update.

Any firmware different than quoted, the image flashes.

Question: Exist configuration file that i can change to make fully compatible TV, such as occurs with firmware?: CR11S_cloudnetgo_ap6210_1080p_20131019_update

All firmwares, except the aforementioned, have the same problem when connected to my TV LG 42' (42LG80FD).

When connected to my Monitor/TV LG M237WA (23 '), works normally.

Grateful for his usual attention.

As far I know about the flickering problem (I can't reproduce this issue in any of my devices), it is a 3 factor's combination, it depends the concretedevice, HDMI cable and TV, the easy thing to be changed is the HDMI cable, the adjustment in the kernel only can attenuate the problem.

I exchanged several HDMI cables and the problem continues.
The problem must be incompatibility of the TV with the new firmware.
Like I said, with firmware: 'CR11S_cloudnetgo_ap6210_1080p_20131019_update', everything works fine.
With the most current firmware, images return the flicker.
Example: When in 'home - Android', the picture is perfect, but when I use the browser or Google Play Store, the problem of flicker appears.

Note: With the firmware 'CR11S_cloudnetgo_ap6210_1080p_20131019_update', the CS968 already starts at 1080p. With other firmware, the CS968, seems to start in 720p, although configured to 1920x1080-60.

dark image webcam

Hello everyone
I have a problem .... some time ago i open my CR11S and broke my integrated webcam (5Mpx) ....

so i buy a logitech webcam logitech c510, it's recognized OK, but the image is too dark .... i try with a microsoft hd-3000 too and the picture is too dark like the logitech .....


this is kernel issue, rom or both ??


is there any solution ???

I will try but is really strange, any of the devices I have refuses to work at cpu1600; when I have some free time I will try to compile a kernel for you, what speed do you want? cpu1400; ddr ang gpu at?

Any chance you compile kernel CPU1400 1080p with various GPU and DDR frequency?
Somehow my CR11 cannot take CPU1600, it will do reboot loop.
If you don't have so much time, please compile kernel with GPU600/DDR600 and GPU600/DDR720
