After some ins and outs I noticed that flexing the rear of the box to "flatten" it some, makes things much easier when trying to make the box in or out. As stated in the article linked by no_spam_for_me, keep the USB ports anchored and play with the area around the HDMI/SPDIF/Ethernet connectors. A helper hand may be handy...

Today i finnaly got sometime to open my measy b4a to take a look at the pcb and the heatsink here is the heatsink that was came with
as you can see measy spare expenceson the heatsink i take it out and had a thermal paste like glue in one spot so i take it out and clean it applied arctic mx-2 and a heatsink from an old motherboard and here is how it looks like now only think is that the new heatsink is too BIG and can't close the case
i 'll probaply leave the case open i don't want to cut it.
