Oh boy, I can tell you that you shouldn't be worried about how to get the board detached... you should be worried about how to attach it to the case again... that is a real p.i.t.a.

After some ins and outs I noticed that flexing the rear of the box to "flatten" it some, makes things much easier when trying to make the box in or out. As stated in the article linked by no_spam_for_me, keep the USB ports anchored and play with the area around the HDMI/SPDIF/Ethernet connectors. A helper hand may be handy...

Today i finnaly got sometime to open my measy b4a to take a look at the pcb and the heatsink here is the heatsink that was came with

as you can see measy spare expences on the heatsink i take it out and had a thermal paste like glue in one spot so i take it out and clean it applied arctic mx-2 and a heatsink from an old motherboard and here is how it looks like now only think is that the new heatsink is too BIG and can't close the case

i 'll probaply leave the case open i don't want to cut it.

All these different PCB boards is not a good sign for the future FW development... Round boxes has the same appereance from outside but God knows whats going on inside !
