By default developer options is not enabled. To enable developer options, go to Settings-->About Device and click several times on the Build number


And if you click several times on the Android version,something will come up

Hi,I have the mk809ii 4.2(with the AP6210 WiFi chip) I did download the firmware but I need some sort of flash tool. I have batch tool but I could never judge the timing with the reset button and connecting the USB cable to the computer. what I'm asking is does anyone have a cwm version of this firmware? or even the boot,kernel and system. Img's? can anyone help? thanks.

got it to at last install on my spare mk809ii using batchtool v1.7 as my other mk809ii(used another 4.4.2 ROM) had bad problems with screen going dark and rebooting so far so good! WiFi and Bluetooth both work.

i tried many kitkat versions.. those with working wifi and bt for mtk chipsets have a lot of issues with screen freezes and tearing... and low performance.. but these that are made for mtk just can't turn the wifi on.

this is what dmesg says

[MTK-WIFI] WIFI_write: WMT fail to get wlan0 net device, sleep 300ms

if anyone can figure out how to solve this, and maybe compile a new working kernel, would be a real deal for many users here with MTK chipset.

i' m new user this hardware and i download this .img files. But i can't extract standart programs (isohunt, ultraiso, deamon tools vs). please, how can i extract this .img file? (pictural or video please)

Well, did the procedure of updating the ROM and everything went well.
However, after the procedure the device failed to initialize more. I've tried several times and failed. I lost my will MK809III?
Can anyone help me?

You do know this ROM is NOT for the MK809III only the II version?
