Just flashed to Riley's 1.4.1 but seems more unstable....
Many times reboots from the first lock screen then goes to a reboot loop...
After many reboots starts but for example when goen to google market to update some apps like maps the tablet stacked to the update screen without been able to do anything and had to do reset from the backside button....
Enyone else has same bugs???

I'm afraid I can't control how stable the factory firmware is. I'm just trying to provide the most recent updates for you to try.
I haven't tested them myself...I don't own an M7T.

One thing you can try is flashing the 1.3 kernel with the 1.4 ROM. See if that makes a difference.
You can just flash the kernel by in checking everything but the kernel in the flash tool...and don't erase IDB.

Stuck
Okay, I am stuck now. I downloaded Pipo_M7T_RileyROM_1.4.1.zip and followed procedure.
Everything went fine, I followed reboot2flash, after that Erase IDB.
Both completed 'OK'
Then the screen went black, and the flashingtool says: No FoundRK.....
Following further the procedure, the Q&A:
Q: The flash procedure went wrong somehow, now the tablet will not respond.
A: Connect via USB to your PC Start the Flash app on your PC
Press and hold the ESC button for 5 seconds..........
following this I can get the M7T to gibve a respond to the flashingtool, exept it will always disconnects after a few second. No matter in which order I remove the fingers from the buttons
(1st: ESC, 2nd: Resset)
I keep the power button pressed, but still the flashtool will go offline to No FoundRK.....
---
okay, after puzzling some more I disconnected/connected the usb cable which is connected to the tabletside, the tablet came to life. (before I disconnected the whole cable, which did not lead to succes)
I pressed Flash ROM but got the error: loaderfile is not existed
Following that, the flashtool says RK3188Loader(L)_V2.10 in it's path, but the actual file there is RK3188Loader(L)_V2.09.
After renaming this file to v2.10, the flash went al smooth&well.
Why the error occured in the 1st place, I don't know but please change the files to their correct version.
