I had the same problem with another rom. Wiping cache and dalvik-cache solved the problem for me.

Do you have cwm recovery installed?

If you flash cwm along with the proper misc.img it will automatically start cwm on the next boot. In cwm select "wipe cache partition" and in the "advanced" section "wipe dalvik cache", then reboot.

I couldn't install cwm, but I had to reflash my MK808B and start fresh, then I install cwm from google play, and when I tried to open it I get a message that my device is not supported, why?

BTW, would you please explain how to install the misc.img.

              Thanks,

There is no official cwm rk3066 devices, that's why the play store app can't install it. Download the inofficial one from here: http://androtab.info/clockworkmod/rockchip/rk3066/
misc.img and recovery.img are images of the misc and recovery partiton. If you download cwm you find both in the zip file. You can flash them both using the flash tool you used to flash finless 1.7. Just uncheck everything except misc and recovey, choose your cwm files and flash it like you flashed finless 1.7. You can also rename the cwm zip file to update.zip, place it on your external sd card and reboot. After the next boot you will be promted if you want to install an update. The "update" is cwm.
