Great work on this. I flashed it last night and played with it for an hour.
I used the 1080 overclock version and it works very well.
I get 17500 in antutu, much better than the 15600 I got with stock 206j.

It seems pretty good so far, no crashes yet.

Please keep up this incredible work, this is very much appreciated.
    Thanks

        Hi!

How to turn on the IrDA port for using it?
        It's not working here.

          HI Doofenshmirtz.

I would suggest you re-read the thread.

or this tiny tiny hint: irda Port is not working in version 0.1 of nepumuks rom. He mentioned to bring irda support maybe in next versions. Nevertheless - as the ir remote shipped with the mk918 is quite... shitty - i suggest to use droidmote. it is a great app which works fine.
          Kind regards Snuffy

Very happy so far. Very stable. Remote doesn't work but using a wireless mouse and keyboard.

Pretty impressed. Works well. 1080p with DTS over WiFi not so good but otherwise it is excellent.

No wonder that the remote doesnt work... It operates via IR and this does not work yet

This post was created with Tapatalk. Plesse excuse any spelling errors. I'll do my very best.

                Thanks for your reply!
This topic is very short, so I read it many times, but it has no additional information about IR. ("remote control fully working....")
I use a Logitech Harmony, so it's very important for me. I hope it will working in the next version.

                  Hi

i am very sorry. I confused irDA with the AV port. Really sorry about that. As my device got grilled by a shitty psu i cant even help to "rebuild" that issue.

Does it work when you reflash one of the original roms (you can find them in my signature below this post).
                  Kind regards Snuffy

                      Link on 1st page updated

                      What's new:

                      - improved kernel stability (i have used the 1080 overclocked kernel over the last 10 days without any freezes and reboots)
                      - more integrated drivers in kernel
                      - location services in firmware

Tip: If you use the 1080p kernel for video playback, use 1080i60 resolution, it is smoother

                      AV output still not supported!

                        Hi Nepumuk,

try editing it with tapatalk. That works quite well.

l think , maybe you can test it via composite or scart input on your tv , so it`s necessary to get an old tv?

Just installed version 2, seems very good so far.
                                Got 17000 in antutu.

Only tried a few things, but it seems to stream video better with mx player, less buffering, much quicker to start playing and skips far quicker.

I have this remote, which still doesn't work, which is probably to be expected.
