How to reflash the tablet?

1. Download the firmware

Password is geekbuying.com

2. Run flash tool “the Flash_tool.exe”

3. Choose “Scatter” file.

4. At this point, you need to remove the battery from your device and connect the device to a USB 2.0 port on your PC (USB 3.0 is not supported). You should start hearing the “dings” in Windows to signify that it detects your device.

5. Click the Download button on the Flash Tool.

6. If your device is connected properly, you will see the percentage bar change colors and start running. The one to watch is the yellow bar that goes from 0-100% indicating that the ROM is being flashed.

7. You will then get a window with a green circle, indicating that the flash is complete.

8. When the flashing process is done, disconnect the USB cable and replace the battery in your device and turn on the device. Your device will then boot into the newly installed ROM.

I made a stupid mistacke a flashed my with a room for cube talk 7 U51-W You can see details from MtkDroidTools v2.5.3 my cube is a cube talk 7 U51GTC4 (cube talk 7 U51GTC4BD8GB14478330479) im very noob at this and i dont now how to flash a good room e try the above one but when i start the Flash tool from 升级工具 in the zip extrated i get this error


I dont now what to do i only have this tablet from tree days, i dont now what to do and with what???
This was to be a christmas present and i only want to root it... please please hellp me.

Many thanks for hellping me i will wait, the sp flash error gives in 4 diferent PC using w8, w7 and xp. By the way there is no other way to reflash it?

Hi,

The flash tool can be solved by just rename the folders, but i cant flash i see the purple progress bar for a couple of times then stops please any one hellp me pleaseeee.

p.s. It is realy necessary to open the tablet a disconect the batery?

Hi,

I have reflash the tablet with download and finish with the green circle, but now it dont turn on, black light is off cant read ifo with MtkDroidTools v2.5.3 and cant see the usb device on windows it gives a lot "dings" like coenecting usb.

Internal and USB storage definition??

I just purchased a unit of Cube Talk 7X U51GT. Quite impressed with the quality and performance of the tablet phone. As quoted in the manufacturer specs it should have 8 GB internal memory. However I am having a problem with the storage drive of the 7X. The one that I have got, listed 2 storage drive in it. Internal (1GB) and USB (5.8 GB). I don't care much about the 1.2 GB as I assume that they've been used for graphic and OS.

The main problem is when I installed apps - most of the apps can only be installed to Internal drive. Just imagine how much apps can be installed on a 1 GB space. Very little right. I have also tried changing the default write drive to USB or SD card. It still writes on the Internal even though the USB is considered as Internal per manufacturer specs.

I am not familiar with this Kit Kat version of Android. Anyone experiencing the same issue as mine. Please tell me what to do. I hope it is only a setting issue and not the hardware. Thanks

I have confirmed with relevant staff, it cannot default download to SD card, but you can moved to SD card after apps installation is successful. Click setting--app, find the app you want to move, there is the option to move to sd card.

Can i "partitioning" the internal flash giving 2GB of rom to the operative system and other to app ?
sometimes it issues me tellining internal memory is full, but when i check i have 3GB free in the bigger one and much more on the external one.

BRICKED : Cube Talk 7X U51gt-c8 with MT 8392 chipset !!!

does anyone know if this will work on an U51gt-c8 with the MT 8392 chipset ?
i've bricked my c8 loading a zound modified rom for a 7W with MT 6xxx chip set.
now it only show boot screen and recovery can not restore it.
can some one post a clean Rom so I can atleast start from scracth ??
