There are two different versions of the B351v3.2 one does not boot at all the other one does when using that firmware linked above.

Give this firmware a try (B351v3.2_BT_20140716)with the RK Batch tool and let me know how you get on.

Not yet.
I'm still downloading it.
But I have a strange sensation. My device is "buzzing" or something similar. It's making a slight noise and it doesn't want to turn on. Only flash a blue led for a second.
Does anyone have an idea?

These devices are know to have faulty power supplies so it could be that.

I ordered a new one and now it's working correctly.
