N101-II ROM compatibility

I can confirm there appears to be a bug in this firmware with updating the battery icon in the status bar.
Sometimes it will update and sometimes it does not update!

Of course this is on my -1 model with kernel 26 and -II system.img. But I do know that this icon is managed in services.jar so should not be related to kernel used. Good news if I make a ROM from this for both -1 and -2 models, I know how to fix the update problem as I have for many ports of other ROMs I have done that have this problem.

Anyway, it does appear there is a bug here with updating the battery icon.

Can I just confirm the various firmware versions names that you are using ? When you say "-2", do you mean the version 2 of the original N101, and when you say "II" you are refering to the new mono speaker N101-II.

It's just getting a bit confusing for us (me). It must be horrible for you ROM developers trying to keep up with so many changes.

Sorry I should be consistant. -2 or -II means the new model n101-II with the single speaker.
-1 means what I have the non-II

Thanks to you too, I have the firmware yesterday from the other tread but respect for the work that you worry a lot.

I'm happy the tablet back to live even if much is Chinese. That was the original firmware is not the case.
Well now I can wait in silence until a new comes out without this tool china.
