I've read that Google's Kitkat made changes so that the normal app2sd apps don't work anymore:
There were several solutions to move app data to ext.SD and I favored the Link2sd method.
This sorta leave a shortcut on internal while actual data is left on external SD, similar to a "symlink", which is basically a shortcut to file. That actually means that any app can now be moved to external sd and still work.
Here is link to app on Google playstore:
1.First I installed Bob's Easy root Update ,because I found that box was still on stock rom. So no problem there.
2. I then installed "Link2Sd" from playstore and made the second partition ext2 like they wanted and tried after several failures of the app up till ext.4 partitions, only 2xFat32 partitions seemed to work for a while.
3.So I got to move Angrybirds game as test, the problem was that some internal data files couldn't be moved to the second fat 32 partition due to that android sees it as unsecure and can't allow it because android can't enforce permissions on fat32.That will leave huge chunks of the games hidden data on internal SD,like for example Asphalt8 has about 1.3gb downloaded data that couldn't be moved, but game apk can be moved.
The ideal would be to move the data to any ext.2-4 partition, thus enabling of moving complete app.
This left the exercise moot, because you will be moving only a quarter of the game files while rest will stay behind and thus populating the internal memory fast.
So please forgive me if my terminology is wrong

I got the M8 working beautifully for my buddy(by rooting it and updated to Xbmc 13.1), this is my only problem remaining(even got the 1/4 Zoom effect cleared in updating XBMC)
I would like to put it out there for a solution to anyone interested, this will be highly appreciated
