So.... anyone want to try this on the EM8 square and play with it?
After I port it of course....

FYI, the 7/25 CSM8 ROM boots fine on my S89. Everything appears to work fine. ROM seems to be built from older sources as it's the pretty basic ROM we saw when the S89 came out.
So I probably wont mess with this more unless someone finds something fantastic in it.
So bottom line this is compatible with the round boxes not the square!
Even though the CSM8 is square.....

It has dual band Wifi yes but I have not tested it. I prefer hard wired on all such devices as my local broadband is relatively slow to UK and Mainland Europe. I am in Cyprus.Comment
