There is no new release for RK3066. Unfortunately Chinese SOC vendors don't want to provide software updates on their older processors. This is a shame as the RK3066 was a very good product.

We have ported our software to run on the ODROID-C1 board (http://www.hardkerenel.com) running KitKat. We now support both Debian Jessie XFCE ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=USNISy17-YU ) and MATE ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QqJgAokMZu0 ) desktop. If you have an ODROID-C1 board there is a download link on the ODROID-C1 general forum.
