    short cuts...
    I never use nova or anything else, so only an idea...
    At windows you are able to call an application (e.g. chrome or dolphin) and give it a parameter (e.g. the web-link)... maybe this is also possible at the launcher???
    e.g. "application link" (with a blank between app and link) ...???

      Until we get the Lollipop Launcher I have settled with Nova Launcher. I have been fiddling with this launcher for days and I have it set up suitable for my purposes. I am amazed at how little documentation there is for Android apps. I think I will start a new topic in the General TV Player Discussions just talking about how I set up Nova Launcher for Android TV.
