I tested three tvheaded version posted on the link, none of them work with xbmc on android.

I think it is dsigned for OpenELEC only. I dont find a tvheaded for android xbmc in the net !

Need your help please to do this.

Sorry can't help you here. i dont have box, i purchased it to resell, i dont use linux, i hate crappy linux, i have good HTPC with windows 7 and im happy with 0 problems

To solves the SD Card Corruption problem, you must to delete and create a new second partition (EXT4), using GPARTED or another Linux partition tool.

The problem is related to unjournaled EXT4 partition created by Windows Tool.
