Yes I have seen this point but it seems that settings apply in finless rom are not the same settings from the post that you mention
I had reflash the finless 2.0 rom and use bionic TCP to read current value.
In finless ROM I have :
read buffers 4096 87380 256960
writebuffer 4096 16384 256960
with large TCP buffer I have
read buffers 4096 1048576 2097152
writebuffer 4096 524576 2097152
So maybe finless has missed something.
