Will this work on my Beelink R89 8 gig version?

The problem is, the userdata is 4GB and Linux is 3GB, the other partitions also take up 2GB.
So it is more than your 8GB device.
I can probably decrease the userdata to 1GB then it should also boot on your device.

The funniest thing about this particular signature of mine is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it

First have to upload it, will take a while.
Also want to test it some more to see if everything is working correctly.
Anything anyone want included before I upload?

I got the 16gb version. you must be a beta tester and got a free unit? i love moes roms and think im going to buy a hph unit and sell my beelink on kijiji. his roms are by far the fastest and updated regularly. only thing i dont like is not being able to power the unit off but everything else is perfect. have you tried his v1,2 rom clark?

couldnt you just get them from playstore? mo123 maybe include the ubuntu restricted extras package if possible. its a must for me and most users.

If I look at the dual-boot of the firefly I see that the 'linux-rootfs.img' is ~1GB (I don't know the size of the 'linux-rootfs.img' at the HPH/Ugoos version)...

Because I have not enough time at the moment, but have you tested if you can use the 'linux-rootfs.img' at an e.g. 2GB 'partition' at nand (firefly use ~4GB for it)?
(worst case you have to mount the 'linux-rootfs.img' at Linux-pc and resize the partition (but can't remember the command at the moment)...)

But I think you can replace the recovery after flashing the dual-boot with a normal recovery.img and do the update.zip by Bob and then flash back the linux-root.img to recovery...

Another way could be to do manually what the update.zip do via ADB:
                              1. you have to 'push' the /system of the update.zip to the /system at the box
                              2. you have to do the 'chmod' which you can find at the META-INF\com\google\android\updater-script of the update.zip

                                mo123,
I see you have called the dual rom a Ugoos rom, does that mean its built from Ugoos firmware ?
Anyway i have a Ugoos UT3 16gb so i can test if you want.
                                Regards Jacko.

                                Edit,
I am now downloading the dual boot rom from Ugoos to test, but i would rather use the mo123 dual rom as he will have made it better for sure
