Please forgive me in advance if I am doing something wrong, could you please be kind enough to confirm that this is the latest official firmware?

today..i tried updating using files from

tried the tronfy 107 and the 108... keep getting "footer wrong"
-update.. i got mad.. and used old nokia,to format sd.. copyed collection fw to it
used update-app on 108fw.. then it updated.. with-out error
silly me..

108 first boot-up.. wizard,
-google translate stopped unexsp.. followed by google verify app popup
lets see..
wifi-ch13 works
re-installed kodi for thes805/812 with hevc support..restored backup with added adv.xml

checked dl-speed, decided to re-aply...bionicle patch and build.prop..(using android tuner) reboot

trailers 720p5.1 / 1080 works
pre-installed xbmc 13.2 plays hevc files like audio files (just sound)
kodi plays, big bunny720, mediacoder512, mediacoder multi-ch, locika 888 1080p - samples just fine
kodi/mplayer/movieplayer failt the sintel sample..also some random hevc anime vids found on torrents
rtl-xl (g-market incompatible,but installed fine) it starts in phone view, vids (fullscr) start with 14sec blackscreen then the vids keeps jumping ahead 4sec randomly (no skipping using lan)
iplayer:blackscreen with sound..did timeshift..vid stopped..restart vid..it resumed and played just fine
demand5: only ads work..vids are blackscreen with sound
npo: all good working
Veetle: sd and hd.. works, but for about 2h.. (the longer you watch, the higher the cpu usage..)
Spmc:works only after running kodi/oman
more to come.. if a new fw comes out

Final thought..
Hevc.. looks like there are many versions/ways to renderder vids
Divx.. samples tears of steel.. http://labs.divx.com/node/127909
-the streams: vids without sound
-the downloadable muxed vids: play without issues
Alecard sample:http://www.elecard.com/en/download/videos.html
-Most play fine.. except : HEVC elementary content
Mediacoderhq beta sample: all play fine
cinamartinV3:kids sample-no sound
supersnap8: band playing music- perfect
lib265.js bitstream sample: 5frame per sec (default browser)
--sadly..this means most 'anime' tor/luccent files dont play, making hevc not so usefull

S802h vs s805..
The both have the same 'online vid player' issues.. both need tweaking to run..
If i need to choose between them.. i would keep the s805
-i play mostly SD content.. with some 720p.. rarly 1080p

It's a know issue because of the amcodec...

Hmm..
If I set mbox settings to 720p and reboot - my monitor reports 720
When I run xbmc..it shows running at 1080p
I tried xbmc frequency changer.. but no dice (still saying 1080)

If i set mbox to 720p
Set kodi to Windowed mode/full screen off
Watch 720 stream the stream end.. next 720 stream.. the vid screen becomes bigger then that of my monitor/tv ( top left of the vid is only showing)

A true 1080 kernel.. it seems..

Ps.. i uninstalled the pre-installed gotham... to see it re-installed again (after reboot?)
Ps2..i was asked about temps.. 38 to 63.. playing a vid sd/720p = 45c // in most cases (room temp 24c)

Another thing, if android Screen scale/Display Position settings are off, amcodec renders outside xbmc window.

Yes, says `Android updating` and XBMC re-installs after reboot.

What app used for temps?
