I`m having the same issues with IPTV on the MXQ, with amcodec enabled.

Even the Alpha build you recommendation here did not work.

more likely issue is with Amlogic firmware.

more likely issue is with Amlogic firmware.

It was alpha 3. I just uploaded to my clood storage Kodi 14 alpha 1. https://cloud.mail.ru/public/85e6f5d...rmeabi-v7a.apk
You may try this version (I'm using it now without any issues in LiveTV preview window). Don't forget after Kodi installation during the first start to grant root rights in Super User application.

Update: my advice may not help, because your device use S805 chipset, but Tronsmart S89 is build on S802 chipset.

Just tried your copy of Kodi 14 alpha 1.

But still the same, does not work on the S805.

Thanks for the upload and info, we`ll just have to keep pushing the devs for a fix.
