I have to admit it was a lucky shot, I tried almost everything and the fact that the library was just segfaulting without giving any debug information wasn't helpful.
At the end I compared the cm code with allwinner's and tried to merge that stuff and it worked.

I guess this thing summaries pretty much my attitude... if you have enough time (and will of course) you can achieve everything; sometimes even with luck, but if you never try (and fail) you can never know
