The A53 Cores should be much faster than the A7 cores with the same battery consumption. I think the cube T7 with the same soc will be on sale soon too.

      Not true:
I've seen a performance per clock comparison between Cortex A7 and Cortex A53 and they are really close.

      Here is an example:

if you think that in these graphs are "commercial promotion of new Cortex A53/57" you can imagine that Cortex A53 performance per clock will not be faster than a 20% more than a Cortex A7.

It's not bad if you think that cube talk 9x (with cortex a7) is a very good all around performer!

          thank you for sharing mmrrdd.

As far as I see on the spec (visible on your benchmarks too) of both mediatek chips the main difference in performance is due to the Mali T760 of MT8752 that is a LOT faster than the old mali 450 of MT8392.

Again the main differences between Cortex A7 and Cortex A53 are power optimization and 64bit support.

In my opinion the Cube T9 is an interesting solution, when prices will drop a little bit more...

CUBE Talk9X and T9 body is same design (unibody formed by aluminium die casting)

Teclast P98 and T98 is same body design

Turned out it was a pre-order, although they said it was in stock.
They only send it (T9) to me today.

                    As I supposed!

In any case you are lucky, when in preorder it's easy to wait MONTHS!
