Seem to be a very nice device/build!
Can you you provide the source for this build, or does the one you posted earlier (latest code :chrome://mega/content/secure.html#!i8ByGKzC!AHYhCBaKEgm52PFh48eWkuy-t7IyUgCqL48twBSnw7E) contain these changes? Also does DVB C/T/T2 work or only DVB S/S2 under openelec?

Hi digihoe, yes you can get code directly from https://github.com/codesnake/OpenELEC.tv , there is fully added wetek_support.

I talked with codesnake, now is added support for DVB-S2, in next day is coming for C/T/T2. Anyway, it seems official support from OpenELEC is coming too.

Hi,

Depend on what you really like. OpenELEC is for example fully linux based while Android is own ecosystem for itself.

Both are good from my opinnion and especially that i can keep both running at WeTek Play is perfect.

I am using OpenELEC to watch movies over XBMCtorrent and Pulsar addon.

Can wetek output true 23,976 Hz with Openelec ? Not just 24 Hz ...

It can play 23.976 fps videos in 1080p@24Hz mode. 23.976 fps or 24Hz display mode, most of the movies has 23.976 framerate.

Set the 1080p display mode and then set the "Adjust display refresh rate to match video" option to On start/stop or Always. With these settings you will always have smooth playback whatever you try to play.

And yes, during playback you canpress letter "o" at keyboard and it will show you full infos regarding A and V playback and decoding stuffs.

Don't have it yet , but if you are saying a 23,976 movie will play at 23,976 fps and not only at 24hz its awesome ! Can you post a video showing 23,976 movie playing with codec info "O" on screen?
Why i'm asking is cause my current box ( m8n with Openelec ) cant !

It can play a 23,976 fps movie but not 100% smooth ( like a Raspberry pi) I dont know how to se what my m8n outputs but i cant be true 23,976 hz ?! Please test 23,976 moving bar from here

On my Raspberry pi the moving bar is smooth without stutter, on m8n it's not
Some guy over @ mini x forum said that your build did output 23,999 hz when he checked it
