CX919 II Firmware Help

As I see it you have hardware version V5_2, mine is V5_1, defenetly is something different inside.

This firmware is rooted?

Mine have some problems in xbmc/kody, like sometimes volume is going down and I have to restart the xbmc again, or time to time the complete system again.

Not sure, I don't think it's rooted.

I'll play with it this evening a bit and see if there are any problems.

Also, I've asked the reseller to check that there's not an 8g2g version for the device.
At least they seem to respond pretty quick.

No problem At least it's no longer dead weight now :P If there happens to be a 2GB version of it, I'll let you know. (Assuming also that this one is not...not sure)

its for a j22 looks just like our stick if you are colorblind same specs but rom is from 201406

but for now i'm tired of searching and trying

Thx my friend, allready tryed, but same result. Xbmc from first beta/final/stable till last one, SPMC, TVMC, BeyondXBMC, Kody. In all of them I have the same problem, randomly volume is going down or it starts to activate different buttons on screen. Tried with different airmouse, USB hub, etc.

Ah ha, from the name the "MK809IV CYX_MK809III rtl8723bs V5_2 4.4.2 8g2g.rar" looks promising.... Although looking at it, it's dated "2014-10-29 10:46:15" which is before my chip was even made, where as the one I found is dated "2014-12-16 21:32:08".

@dixi Have you tried it yet? Any luck?

i tried this one it seems to be the same as the one i used before i still see the same amount of memory
and 720p in xbmc
so no use to change to this rom
