    Seems good.

    bad points:
No info about battery life and a little bit heavy...
Yes, but this CPU is supposed to yield a better milleage on a battery ( I read it somewhere).

As for the weight, it's not an hefty price to pay for a better built product. I am inching toward a Boxing Day purchase on Alibaba.

OK. This new T9 be starting to grow on me.

Yes ...it may be a bit heavier, and it may have a bit different screen look (grainy) because of an effort to keep down glare, but it is obviously a well built tab. The new MTK SOC looks to be a real winner as well.

I appreciate the extra build element they are using to maintain build stiffness in the body ...using what they call a roll cage. Other makers have more of a laminate process (like iFive Air) making it difficult to remove the back. Cube has elected to strengthen the body in a different way, and maintain access thru a removeable back.

Thanks for sharing. I just returned my 9X as I could not tolerate the grainy screen, now eying the T9 as a replacement.
Yet, your impression of grainy screen in the T9 is not encouraging at all. can you elaborate?

            yes, I agree.
General build quality is on the same level of my cube talk 9x (fantastic!). I will not do the switch on this new tab, but for everyone that is looking for a new tablet, this is the one I suggest to go for.

Another little BAd thing of T9 is that it has only ONE loudspeaker. I don't understand why Cube made this couple of step backward wrt cube talk 9x...other than that I think that if cube T9 will give proof of complete stability (as talk 9x) it will have a good selling success.
Now the price is dropped a little bit and in comparison to cube talk 9x 32Gb costs only 30€ more. Not that much for a 64bit support, 13mpix camera, good GPU and general performance boost.

It is interesting to see what the other companies will develop to put in comparison to this device. Intel Z37xx will be no more sufficient, in my opinion.

Maybe it is not a step back, but actually a better idea. If they make it a better single speaker that has good enough tone, and is loud enough ...it would be way better than the terrible attempt that most China tabs use, trying to get 'stereo' out of two puny excuses for speakers.

I am glad to use headphones to listen to stereo music, and then have some strong mono when checking a you tube vid while browsing facebook or something simple like that on the fly.

Just give me good solid volume with good tone. Works for me!

I'm not so sure it is as you wrote, It seems exactly as only one of the speakers of my cube talk 9x...

I see. I did not know you actually had a T9.

So is the speaker loud enough, even though it is not (faux) stereo ?

I look forward to the rest of your impressions/opinions.

No, I only wrote that looking on T9 speaker pictures, seems that it is as one of the speaker of my cube talk 9x, that is eqipped with 2 of these speakers!

Well, hopefully it is better than just 1/2 of what we have in the 9X. I do know a better single speaker with sound folded through a single port can be quite good,, and loud.

                      Fingers crossed!

I'll do! But i need to spend more time with my cube to make a honest review! For example i don't use it enough to know if the battery is cheap or not.

As far as i use it i do not notice neither problems nor weakness. Screen is not "grainy" amha, Android is fast, GPS works after minor manipulations. Any chinese app but one can be removed easily.

I didn't manage to activate 3G/4G with my sim card yet, but i need to go ahead with this. Usual rooting apps do not works too.

Be careful is your tablet came from China : if you reset it at the original manufacture parameters, the tablet will reboot in chinese language! It's hard then to navigate in the chinese menus to find the language settings.

It's not hard, there are many pictures online to find how to go in settings and change languages, I did it many times with my awful unstable PIPO.
But why did you reset the tablet? Did you have any instability issue?

I did never have any issue with my cube talk 9x and I imagine the same total stability with this T9...
