U65gt Talk 9x - Don´t turn on

I am new to this forum and I do not know if it will be here the right place to put my problem.
the problem is this .
I have a U65gt tablet talk 9x and put it in charge with the charger come from manufactures . He was in charge about 24 hours, as usual ( long ?? ) after I tried to turn on and does not turn anything but a white light that flashes momentarily .
someone could help me .

Are you sure that the charger is working?
A normal charging time is about 6-7 hours.

it happened to me too, i had to "start the charge" using a portable battery (in my case, Xiaomi 10800mAh).
After a while i could finish the charge using a standard charger.

To my collegue happened the same: he solved with a portable charger too.

Do not let discharge the tablet too much otherwise you will need again a portable charger to save your tablet

Also try to charge tablet with a good quality charger.

I found out that the "chinese" 2Ah charger, that came with the tablet, takes forever to charge to 100%. Then I tried with my samsung S3 charger (1Ah) and it completed a full charge faster!!! I am still testing it, but I am sure that a good quality charger makes a difference.

From my testing exercise the charger should deliver more than 5.3 volts, to trigger charging process, current is also important 2 amps, better.
