Are you looking for this NTFS patch (direct download: yadi.sk) made by niorix? Here is the older version with description only (no download) of that patch. I believe that Lepi used that patch:

I just took delivery of this tab and I noticed that after installing a few apps it started telling me memory to delete some apps. Please advice me, can i install this your ROM on it and will it fix the low memory problem? My serial number is B1503

Serial number can find on the back cover at the bottom near the connector Micro USB.

Additional changes to the version U65GT_V2.0.3W_ru_Lepi_150111.
1. Almost Stock black theme in orange supplement.
2. The default mode is Multi User 9 users. You can add the required amount of themselves without additional patches.
3. Modified Engineering menu. Now it does not hide the tab BandMode and other settings that were previously not available during multiyuzera. Thank you for helping Alexey arsenev modification.
4. Implemented development niorix for instant flash drives mount the file system NTFS. Thanks to the author a remarkable development. But backup of the contents of both flash drives just in case make.

Installation Instructions:
Only for installation through modrecovery CWM or TWRP!
Archive firmware to put in the root of the internal or external memory (can be in any directory with the Latin name). Boot into recovery. Make a backup of the current mandatory firmware better on an external memory card. Then make the necessary wipes tab ADVANCED:
1 Dalvik Cache
2 System
3 Cache
4 Data
5 Android Secure
Then select Install (TWRP), specify the path to the file to confirm the firmware and swipe process of firmware. Wait for a successful finish and boot the system. Make settings by yourself.
The first boot lasts a long time, you need to wait patiently and not to touch the display.If you put this firmware over the last firmware version 2.0.1Black, you can wipes are also not do.

Install ROM 1.8 @900supersport from September first (with EBR1 and EBR2 for 4 or 6GB ...that's your choice) and his custom CWM.
Enter in CWM and flash Lepi's TWRP.
Make all wipes described in Lepi's ROM first post.
ADVANCED:

2 System
3 Cache
4 Data
5 Android Secure
Flash Lepi's ROM through TWRP.

And so as to be clear, I should flash the superstore ROM first then update with levi's ROM?

1 - flash with SP_flashtool ONLY modified EBR1 and EBR2 relevant to 4 or 6Gb (you can find them in any Supersport ROM)
2 - flash with SP_flashtool ONLY TWRP 2.8.1.0 recovery

that's all, you will remain with stock Rom v.2.0, if you want lepi's ROM, then flash this rom (you will not lose modded app space)

Great ROM

Thanks a lot, Lepi! You performed a very nice and useful job with this ROM! Especially including NTFS support! I've installed this just now without wiping 'Data' for keeping my programs, and only 3 programs couldn't be found then, which could be easily and fast reinstalled (Aldiko Reader, Subway Surfers, and MinDig TV (which is a hungarian free-TV application)). Updating from 'U65GT_V2.0.2W_en_141231_mod Lepi' resulted a more precise battery status follow-up!
