Nice ROM, runs very fast and stable on my X7 mini. I modded it with Xposed and GravityBox, all is fine, thanks for your Work.

Unfortunately I got it too, guys from QS3 ROM released a special kernel that completely fixes this, so I'm on QS3.1, with zero flickering... Don't bother playing with cables & such, it won't help, believe me, I've been there, did that, with a lot of cables
Let's just hope it will be fixed by CE ROM team one day 
I'll try to install just the kernel from QS3.1 with fastboot or whatever (since it's KK). Will report if that works.
Edit: Well... I'm somehow not able to change the kernel, tried different ways with quickflasher and the rockchip android tool but the kernel stays the same...
Edit2: changed rom to quickshot 3.1 and a flickerless kernel. Seems to work now
