Done the teardown absolutely nothing to clear bios, even contacted voyo themselves to see if they could help out but nothing. TBH didn't expect much from them its now gathering dust in the cupboard. Bummer

Remember My VOYO IS not Bricked So the above is educated guess and Possible fix.. Tou need a powered usb hub and A Wired usb keyboard. holding ctrl and windows key should enter the Bios.
If my device i would try this with the Bios from the Voyo a1 tablet.
the bios file is Available in Geekbuying.

post 4 is someone who did it . I found the link above from a Post in German on Toms hardware talking about the Voyo.

Reading this tells this bios is likely a 1 size fits all

I Am almost 100 percent sure its the exact same bios. I GET THAT From watching this guys Video showing the bios with all the tablet settings . If you can flash the bios as above. Then Boot into it and change all of your Setting to match the video in the review below.

Erica-renee not really sure what the USB HUB part has to do with it, but i 100% cannot get into bios?

Hi thanks I tried this and every other combo of keys you can think off with no joy, delete being the very first I thought off. Not sure if the keyboard is actually registering in on the machine in time

            My HUB USB
            Wireless keyboard
            Cable HDMI 1.4(link for polish **** ;P)
There is no problem with access to the BIOS.

Power off(August LED is not lit).
Power on(blue light) and now pressed quickly delete key.
If the bios is alive, then it should go in.

If keys at startup doesn't work (for whatever reason), maybe this way helps to get access to the bios http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...l=1#post294400

Tried a powered USB hub still no joy. Definitely going to need BIOS reprogrammed I think. Anyone have any idea what kind of programmes would be needed?

Looks like I am in the same boat. Have tried 5 different hdmi cables, 2 different tvs and my monitor. It was working fine and now suddenly doesn't want to display on anything. I did get the briefest flash of the windows 8 login screen on my old tv (768 panel) so it's doing something, it's like it's not sending a good signal to the monitor.
I've tried holding the on button down for 20 seconds, makes no difference. If anyone has any other bright ideas I'm happy to try as I can't use it at all now.

Switch on and go drink a large cup of coffee. The update can stretch long start time.

Tried the files at geekbuying for reflashing. Still no activity. USB briefly lights up though. Not sure if the file resets the BIOS though

I lads, same issue here. Unboxed, connected to a SAMSUNG TV with VOYO's hdmi cable (included in its box) and it was working fine.
Later I had the horrible idea to run windows update.
After two reboots the screen went black and stay black. (This starts after Windows 8.1 UPGRADE fix installation)
HDMI cable is detected by TV as connected but no signal.

I think the problem could be related to video configuration (resolution and refresh).
Tried to connect to a different TV (and LG one) but no signal again

I don't see anything on the screen so I cannon access bios and so on...

                          Any idea?

                          Thanks
                          David

If you find the Power light on, and going no where you need to hold power button for 15~20 seconds to power it off .
Power back on can sometime sort out its mess.

Also the Updates can leave you sitting WTF is going on, go have a coffee or tea and come back later.

If it fires back up, get the safe menu option happening may save some grief.

                                Cheers
