              Not fixed...

Scooter2014 I installed the Draco FW (4.4.2) and sorry to say that it hasn't fixed the passthrough either. Just as on the RKM release, on the stock XBMC/Kodi (14 Alpha 3) that is included in the release the AVR will recognize the sound as DTS or DD but the image will stutter every couple of seconds.
Also on regular Kodi 14.2 installation it will not recognize the sound as DTS or DD at all and will just input it as stereo.
I will now install the Draco Lolipop beta version of the FW just to put a checkmark on having tried it but I honestly have no big hopes for it...
              will update after.

              UPDATE:
I also flashed the Draco Lolipop FW and had to almost immediately remove it. My Logitech keyboard was partially recognized and it was very difficult to do anything. The biggest issue though was the inability to configure sound devices (spdif out with passthrough) and so I couldn't test the issue with Kodi.
As I said I removed it and reflashed the original RKM MK80 stock ROM (not even the new one). I will wait this one out until a new one comes out hopefully more stable which according to the communication I have with their engineers should be soon.
